I have had the worst run of luck in the search for a trusty side kick, one diagnosed with kissing spine, one with suspensory damage and then finally a horse that I had for a year that I just did not click with to the point I felt unsafe. I had pretty much given up on the idea of being able to ride with my daughter. Then along came Parrot.

I had not even considered an OTTB! I thought they would be too hard work for me, I just wanted something easy. I’m not even sure to this day why I decided to go and see him, but I’m so happy I did. He is amazing! He has not put a foot wrong and he loves my daughter who is only 6. She loves riding him, he has been a game changer for me. I have my confidence back and I have joined a riding club all thanks to Parrot.
